I’m having trouble opening or printing my certificate.

The certificate is generated automatically after you have received a passing score (75% or better) on an exam and completed all questions in the course evaluation.  The most common reason for a student not being able to print a certificate is having skipped the course evaluation or some of the questions on the course evaluation.  The evaluations are required by our accrediting bodies and our system is set up to only award CE credit to students earn a passing score on the exam (75% or better) AND complete the entire course evaluation.

 I don't remember my password.

You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot your password?  link on the right side of this page.  A new password will be automatically generated and emailed to you.  If you still have a problem, please Contact Us or send us and email at ron@ce-classes.com.  You can also call us at 954-290-8446.

Is Ce-Classes.com CE Broker compliant?

Yes, Ce-Classes.com is fully compliant with CE Broker requirements and reporting.

My credits have not been reported to CE Broker, can I report them myself?

No, CE Broker no longer allows licensees to self report their ce credits unless the credits have been taken out of state or by a provider who is nationally accredited by not Florida Board approved.  Ce-Classes.com is a Florida Board approved provider and we report the course credits to CE Broker automatically if your student profile indicates that you are licensed in the state of Florida.

If you have indicated in your student profile that you are licensed in the state of Florida, and you still do not see your credits reported to CE Broker please check your license number in your student profile.  You can review your student profile by logging in as a student and clicking on   Visit Your Student Profile  -  We can only report credits to CE Broker by license number and if your license number is incorrect your credits can not be reported.  In Florida, licenses generally begin with two letters followed by a number (for example:  social work licenses begin with the letters SW; psychologists licenses begin with the letters PY and mental health counselor licenses begin with the letters MH)

If your license number is correct, please attempt to print a certificate for the course in question.  If you cannot print the certificate, you need to complete the course evaluation in order to receive credit for the course.  Occasionally, students who do not need a hard copy of their certificates of completion avoid answering the questions in the course evacuation.  Please remember that CE credit is only awarded if a student earns a passing score (75% or better) AND completes all of the items in the course evaluation.  If you have skipped the course evaluation, we will not receive notification of your credits being completed and cannot upload them to CE Broker.

I can’t find my course credits listed at Florida CE Broker

Please login to your student account and check that you have correctly entered your discipline and license number.  If your information is incorrect, your course credits cannot be reported to CE Broker.  If you have made an error, and your credits were not reported by us during our regular reporting cycle, you will need to send us an email at ron@ce-classes.com to explain that your license number (or other information) was incorrect and you would like us to report your course credits in our next reporting cycle.

Are the courses accredited in my state for my professional discipline?

Ce-Classes.com has numerous national accreditations, including APA, ASWB, NBCC, and NADACC.  As a result, most states accept our courses for continuing education credit.  Please see our “Find My State Requirements” button on the right side of the screen on our home page.  The drop down menu will allow you to select your specific discipline.  Once you have done this, a page will open with all states, the current requirements and web links to the state websites.   It is up to each student to verify that the courses will be accepted for credit in their specific state and discipline.  Although we update the information on these pages frequently, it is up to each professional to ensure that the courses will be accepted by their specific state licensing or accreditation board.

What happens if I fail an exam? Can I take it again and is there a fee?
